Evan brings over a decade of experience in real estate investment and development, with a proven record of transforming undervalued opportunities into standout community assets. He leads the firm’s strategic direction, business development, and investor relationships, drawing on his legal background to navigate complex regulatory environments, structure transactions, and mitigate risk. In addition to his professional work, Evan sits on various professional and community/volunteer boards, further demonstrating his commitment to civic engagement and industry leadership.
Maximilian leads the development and execution of Woodland’s investment strategy to maximize returns and expand the firm’s investment portfolio. Maximilian guides the investment team through every stage of the process—from sourcing opportunities to determining asset allocation and investment structures that align with Woodland’s objectives, market outlook, and risk profile. Working closely with Evan, Maximilian ensures each investment supports the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth. Maximilian is an avid endurance athlete, having competed in multiple Ironman events and the 29029 Everest Challenge.
